Add a product by scanning its barcode

Scan the pack. The name, brand and size often fill in by themselves.

Steps7

  1. Open Inventory.
  2. Tap Inventory tools.
  3. Tap Add by barcode.
  4. Scan the pack, or type the barcode.
  5. Check the name and size.
  6. Type Your selling price.
  7. Tap Save this product.

If it stops you

Not in the free product lists: type the details once. Next time it scans.

That is not a barcode: barcodes are 8, 12 or 13 digits.

Good to know

  • Stock is added later, when the goods come.
